This is the Motor City capital of the world! I have an awesome ride. It’s called a Faithmobile! I didn’t even have to buy it. It’s my main form of transportation. It’s how I get around and get things done.
When I find myself facing a mountain in life; I take action. I get on my Faithmobile! When the challenge comes before any of us; we have to do something. It’s not likely to disappear on its’ own. One Book of the bible that has really Blessed me is the Book of Joshua.
I have talked to a few other believers who have been led to do something similar. In Chapters One through Six; the story of Jericho is portrayed. In that story, Joshua was instructed by God on how to take the city of Jericho with his army of men; even though Jericho was surrounded by walls.
Joshua marched with the people as directed by God for six days. On the seventh day; the people gave a great shout and the walls fell down.
So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city. Joshua 6: 20
When I have a challenge or a mountain that needs moving; I meditate in the first six chapters of the Book of Joshua. I read and meditate in one chapter a day for 6 days. I do this in faith’ it is not a formula. On the 7th day, I go to the park to praise God and give thanks. There is so much to learn from the bible; so much wisdom to gain.
Every single time, I’ve seen walls fall down. Every time I’ve had God honor my prayer requests. God is no respecter of persons, what He’ll do for me; He’ll do for you. But you gotta get on your Faithmobile and ride!
