in 1 JOhn 5: 14-15, Ask according top God's will..., Cafe Sozo, Confidence in God, God spoke..., I asked a special prayer..., I wanted to hear from God..., Okay Lord..., Please don't think I'm arrogant..., The devil began to pick on me..., The devil pounded and pounded on me..., You can't be healed without faith in God...
You cannot get healed without confidence in God.
Please do not think that I am arrogant. Most of my life, I had a casual relationship with God. I knew it and He knew it. However, there came a time when that wasn’t enough. The devil began to pick on me and then pound, pound, pound on me as he tried to kill me. This is so. I’m thankful it happened because I ran into the arms of God! Eventually, I built a relationship with God. I began to talk to God after my prayers and He began to talk back. Then I asked a special prayer. I asked God to speak to me during the day. I admit that it’s ,my fault no remembering because I can’t hear from God when I’m yakking it up on the cell phone during the day. Today, I was out driving and on my way to a store with a very crowded parking lot. About two miles before we got there I heard a voice say: “I’ve reserved a special spot for you.” I was like “Okay Lord, thanks.” Just as I approached the lot I heard go six or seven aisles and turn. I began to count a turned. I didn’t see a special spot at all, but after my turn the first car pulled out. We were right in front of the door. I’ve been a member for almost ten years and we never had a spot so close. I thanked God, but then when I thought about it later; I believe that God was building my faith, my confidence in Him.

I John 5:14-15 “Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.”

You must remember that God wants you to ask according to His will and if you do this, He not only hears you but he grants or approves your petition, your application for approval so to speak. So to find out what His will is for you, just get in the bible, He tells you there. I encourage you to do this.
