Forgiveness issues can STOP you from being healed. It can halt an answer to your prayer. If you cannot forgive you are actually out of love and the faith that you need works or is activated by your love. Imagine a car without gas. We hear it all the time. Love your enemies. Love your enemies. No one on earth expects anyone to do that. God expects it. It’s more than saying that you forgave but you really have to do it. Do an inventory and ask yourself: “Isn;t there someone that I have to forgive. Hint: Don’t look at last year’s forgiveness list. I’m sure the devil has sent you a whole new list if you don’t forgive them at the moment of infraction. This is something that we constantly have to do. Every person; saint or sinner.

I knew someone who was the most beautiful person on the outside. They had everything going for them. They were a very friendly and giving person. However, when I got to know them, they were actually very insecure and broken. I could not understand why. As I got to know them one day I realized that there was a forgiveness problem.
