Cathy (not her real name) was diagnosed with cancer by her doctor. She is a single woman with a wonderful family who still lives at home with her parents. She was raised in the church and has maintained a very close relationship with the Lord. She has always served in the church and spends a lot of time Blessing and supporting others. She is a prayer warrior and has a group of praying friends. She has a full time job which she loves. She is a family lawyer. She has always wanted to marry. She was told that she would not bare children some years ago.
WHAT DID SHE DO?
Immediately, Cathy began to dig up healing scriptures. She began to recite them and she also personalized them with I or Me.
She walked in faith so she did not go around saying: “I have cancer!” She said: “I have a health challenge, but by the stripes of Jesus, I’m already healed. She changed her diet, expanded her prayer life and launched a ministry. She got closer to her family and to God! She did not draw back. Instead it has given her an impetus.
She learned to speak to the cancer, rebuke the cancer and when new symptoms manifested she fought each one with the Word of God. SEE PART TWO HERE
