“… in all the land, two parts shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left. And I will put this third into the fire, and Refine them as silver, and test them as gold. They will call on My Name, and I will answer and say, ‘They are My people’; and they will say, ‘Yahweh is my Elohim!!!’.” (Zec 13:9)

With man, I might not get a second opportunity; in some cases so I better get it right the first time! But, with God…He has decided to let me keep on working as He leads me to the right door…every time.

I heard a wonderful young man on one of my favorite television shows “Sid Roth”. It was Jonathan Welton who wrote the book: The School Of The Seers.

An interesting thing that he told was how after receiving a prophetic Word that he had the “gift of discernment” some of which would allow him to see into the spirit realm, he headed home. When he got there he went straight to his book case to look at all of his books likely to see what he could find to get further enlightenment. When he looked at his bookers they had FIRE coming off of them!

That was amazing to me! Not, long after that I was led in my heart to organiz all of my notebooks and Cd’s and Books and to build a prayer library. At first, the books came very slowly; mainly because I “thought” I had to buy them all. Then, I said a prayer and asked God to send them. It wasn’t long before they began to pour in! But, you must understand that the quality of the books was amazing as well! People I never heard of, people I had heard of, it was like Disneyland in my library!

A Collection of books to build my faith! It is so wonderful that I have offered them for carry out to the entire Prayer Team.

I jut stared t them for a long while. I admit that I DID NOT see any fire on them. However, one day I was led by Jesus to start reading the books and there really was a fire and it was transferred from the books to the insides of me and I haven’t been able to contain it since! I’m expecting more diligence, more boldness, new adventures and the power of God to show up on the scene more and more!

Do you need a miracle? Most people would say yes….I’ve had a few myself and it sure is exciting! Whether I was expecting one…or just surprised…God is always on time.

Get a prayer life, praise God, Bless somebody, help someone…be led by God and watch your life change miraculously! I believe it!

Besides this evidence] it was also established and plainly endorsed by God, Who showed His approval of it by signs and wonders and various miraculous manifestations of [His] power and by imparting the gifts of the Holy Spirit [to the believers] according to His own will. Hebrews 2: 4

I read a book by Will Davis Jr. called PRAY BIG!! Oh, it Blessed me. The point of the book is to tell you to raise your prayer expectations and to think big, believe big! People do it everyday regarding many matters, but unfortunately, they get “chicken” when it comes to their faith. They don’t want a lot from God; just a little bit when if fact…they know they need more.

Matthew 6:9-10“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on Earth as it is in heaven…

.”NOTE - Jesus always prays the will of God, and He prays that the will of God be done here on the earth just as it is in heaven. People in heaven are not sick, so we can clearly see it is God’s will that we also be free from sickness and disease.” (Author Unknown)

For example, I don’t need the pain to go away…I need the symptoms to go away, I need the sickness to go away when I am sick!

Take the bull by the horns. Get fed up! Can you believe God for a Christmas miracle or healing? Of course, you caan! The bible is full of promises of God. Jesus says just ask…I’ll give it to you so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

I want BIG ANSWERS…SO I SEND OUT BIG PRAYERS!!!! How bout you?

DO YOU STAY IN THE BIBLE REGULARLY ENOUGH SO THAT YOU CAN BE THE OVERCOMER THAT GOD INTENDED FOR YOU TO BE ?

COMMENT: Some time ago I opened up my Bible and a very pleasant aroma greeted my nostrils. I was really startled for a moment. Had the Lord worked something supernatural with my Bible? Then the truth dawned on me and I had a big laugh at myself. The day before I was reading the Scriptures at the Laundromat; having misplaced my book mark, I used one of my scented fabric softeners. However, that incident reminded me of our Lead Scripture. The illustration is not too far off base because 2 Corinthians 3:3 informs us that “clearly you are an epistle of Christ [a letter from Christ], ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.” Our godly behavior should be the sweet fragrance that will attract others to the Kingdom of God.

A few years ago, I became convinced that I could write to encourage people on the Internet regarding their faith. The job turned out to be bigger than anything that I could ever did. So, I turned to God. He sent help, He taught, He showed, He sent people to the site; He did it all including changing people’s hearts; but the main thing is that He demonstrated His pure love for all of mankind! He is a loving God. Oh yes He is!

Lord, When Did You Heal My Shoulder? by Elaine Davenport August, 2011

If in any way it sounds like I am not eternally thankful to God for healing my shoulder then you are reading this wrong!

The bible says so much about healing but after sitting through so many services; I was surprised to find that my shoulder was never healed! I figured out why…it’s because after the 1st time that it did not get healed; I never believed that it would. You see, I can sit in thousands of church services and send up 10 prayers a day; but if I don’t believe God can heal me…that’s a hindrance.

So what happened? I got ahold of some healing scriptures and they got inside my heart. Here are a few:

Prov 3:8…………It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones.

Ex 15:26…………I am the Lord who heals you.

Ps 103:3………..Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases…

Ex 23:25………..serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.

Prov 16:24………Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.

Isa 58:8………….your light shall break forth like the morning, your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

Ps 118:17……….I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

Ps 147:3………..He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Prov 17:22………A merry heart does good, like a medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.

3John 2………….Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

Mk 16:17………..these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; …they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.

“You are my help and my Deliver.” (Psalm 40:17b)

COMMENT: Twenty-eight years ago I left the insurance industry suffering from depression. While at the lowest ebb of my life, I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior during a long- distance phone call from Ken Walker, my best friend. Weekly visits to a secular psychiatrist were part of my new routine. One day, in a conversation with my “shrink”, I told him that I had received Jesus as my Lord an Savior. He immediately “pooh-poohed” that idea and told me that I was using Jesus as a “crutch”. He indicated that this “Jesus phenomenon” was just an excuse for not taking total responsibility for my own life. I truly wish I knew then what I now know about the Lord. I would have told that gentleman that I truly do depend on Jesus because He is my Provider (Genesis 22:8), my Healer (Exodus 15:26), my Shepherd (Psalm 23:1-3), my Comforter (John 14:16) and much, much more! However my most important relationship with my God is the fact that He is my Savior. (Isaiah 43:11) I have a joy that knows no bounds; after this short life here on earth is over, I will spend eternity with Him in heaven. (By the way, a couple of years later I was led to a Christian practitioner who helped me overcome my malady.)

Get Out And Pray For Someone To Get Healed! June, 2011

Today, there was a big protest on television. It was about a drug that the FDA was planning to remove from the market. The FDA maintained that the drug was unsafe with one of the side effects being death. The protestors say that it has given them extended life!

Wow! I thought to myself.

Now, before anyone dares to think that I have never faced cancer personally nor those in my family…think again.

We ALL face an adversary who comes to kill, steal and destroy. The bible says so, I’ve seen it, faced it and I believe it.

I prefer not to weigh in on the debate but I must say that 2,000 years ago, Jesus got up on that cross by his choice and bore ALL of our illnesses and diseases so we wouldn’t have to. But, unfortunately, many do not believe this. Even this includes believers. The bible says we must pray for all men…please make it your business to pray for the healing of those who face sickness and join your faith together with theirs and pray for their healing! I will!
