These Tangled “Webs” We Weave by Elaine Davenport (Monday, October 1, 2007)

When I put up my first Faith Blog I received a nice note from someone asking if they could put some of my articles on their site. The purpose was to construct a Christian writer Blog. That’s great in theory, but Christian writers all write differently. I said yes. There are many reasons, but the main one was to get the Word out. I should have asked more questions; I truly believe that “one” site is okay. Now for some strange reason; my articles are appearing on other sites. I’ve done some research and I am very concerned. They don’t have our permission to publish our articles. One of the sites that I just noticed a link with my name on it is not in line with my faith perspective. These tangled webs… or should I say “web?” Be advised that if you see any of our articles on other sites with radical philosophies or critical of other ministries; please note, that’s not our style. I did not know that it was possible to be kidnapped on the Internet. I really didn’t.
