Get Your Healing In 2013! January 1, 2013

This is for faith people.  If you are not leave this alone.  The interesting thing is that faith is a very simple thing, but for human reasoning it won’t work.  Really smart people who have a lot of confidence in their own abilities have a really tough time with faith.  God knows this; yet because He is so good and loving He has given every man a portion of faith and you don’t need much!

AGODHEALS

And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.  Matthew 17: 20

“For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.” (Romans 12:3)

Okay, it’s been established that everyone has the ability to have faith for whatever they need.

It just so happens that I have experience in trying to get healed.  I remember when I could not walk…well.  I became disgusted.  I became desperate.  I looked at people older than me and younger than me and no where that I look did anyone have that problem.  Now I love God, but I have read His promises in the bible.  There was nothing to tell me to be happy or satisfied with my plight or my lot in life.  In fact, His word says the opposite!

The proper thing to do would have been to dig out my healing scriptures and saturate myself in them…I’ve done that many times before.  So I just went before God and my every thought was on looking for His direction, guidance and solutions for me.  God is faithful and so He sent solutions.  My feet were healed and I now walk several miles per week…this from someone who could barely walk to the car.

So in this Year of Great Grace…make up your mind to do two things:

1. Get your healing.

2. Find  out what you can do for God.

Pencil Sharpener Healing! By Elaine Davenport December,

Emotionalhealing-and-restorationAWomanSaved

I do not know what your problem is; but God has a solution for you.  Think back to the times in life when you were successful.  Why do you think that happened?  It’s because you were consistent, you would not give up, your adrenaline was pumping,  you found the winning formula so to speak.    You had a plan, you worked your plan and it worked!   Yahoo!   Well guess what…God requires the same of you…only it’s a better plan.

All you need is a little faith (He gave you that) and some healing scriptures from the Word of God.  Before I went to bed last night, I was reading a Book Of Prayer; actually a study guide.  It Blessed me,  My faith was amped up.  Middle of the night, I get this awful headache…so I lay hands on myself and pray…it goes away.  It came back two more times and I did it again!   That third time that I lay hands on myself I told it to leave!  It did not come back!

Have you ever seen a dull pencil?  It’s of little use.  However, if you get a pencil sharpener; it becomes just like new.  The Word of God on Healing and Faith will sharpen you…take a note of that.

WORD:

Romans 8:32“He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?”

Mark 16:17-18“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name . . . they shall lay hands on the sick, and

Psalm 34:19“Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.”

Jeremiah 30:17“For I will restore health unto you, and I will heal you of your wounds, saith the Lord.”

Isaiah 53:4-5“Surely He hath borne our griefs (Hebrew: sicknesses) and carried our sorrows (Hebrew: pains) yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and by His stripes we are healed.” they shall recover.”

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Mark 9:23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

Matthew 13:58 Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

CAFE SOZO CELEBRATES FIVE YEARS!!! MAY 20, 2012

There was a demand for a Healing site on the Internet.  We have tried to meet that demand.  We have not been wildly successful due to lack of manpower and resources.  WE WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!

Cafe Sozo began five years ago.  There was no budget.  There was only one plan.  That plan was to spread the Gospel.  The web designer who quit on us…said we’d be “lucky” to get 30,000 hits in 3 years.  Our site reached one million and began to decline.  What we’ve found is that we need to invest more in our sites in order to grab market share, draw steady traffic, minister, give feedback and to stay current.  We have seen people come and go and we have never quit.

Now, we find ourselves at an impasse…fighting stagnancy or making a choice to embrace growth!   WE HAVE DECIDED TO EMBRACE GROWTH TO FULFILL OUR VISION.

We need your support!

Please know that there must be a spiritual Christian presence on the Internet.  Certainly the Love of God, the mercy, the Wisdom, the grace and the peace is present. However, the dark side of things, the evil side of things, the deceptive, and confusing is also present as well as distractions.  So, though there aren’t many studies to give one statistics on the numbers of Faith Bloggers who have quit, changed their course or been distracted or disrupted through no fault of their own; I have seen it!  There are no statistics to tell you how many abandoned blogs there are on the Internet…thousands.

So we have persevered and now

It’s been over 6 years, since we opened up this website!   A lot has happened and a lot has changed.  We took the words of Jesus quite seriously…

____________________________________________________________________________________

1And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.  Matthew 28

________________________________________________________________________________

Since we had no resources, we took to the Internet.  There is a long story that I have about a well meaning web designer who bowed out at the last minute.  Then, the Holy Spirit literally led me to a Blog and of course, the rest is proof of what God can do.  Not any of us.

Our original plan was to put up a website so that we could spread the Gospel and to raise funds to aid Christian writers (whom we have seen greatly struggle to fund their own books.)  The truth be told I would love to see MORE successful writers begin to fund the less fortunate.  On this journey, we discovered ministers, evangelists, ministries, prophets, teachers, intercessors;  with many struggling to fulfill their hearts desire to go into all of the world to preach, teach and baptize in the Nam of Jesus.

We still believe in that mission, but we have discovered on this journey a greater mission.  That mission is in meeting the needs of the readers who visit this site.  That is a fact.  People write for prayers, but we haven’t the staffing to answer them all.  The sites are not technically updated.  For ewexample we have not been able to upload mp3′s on all of our sites because it is not free.  In fact, the appearance of the site we would like to change, but the cost is TIMES EIGHT because we have 8 sites and we are working on doing that.  We would like to put the sites under an easier domain name and roll all eight sites into one; but right now we are working this out…slowly.

We ask for your support prayerfully, financially and by coming by to give us feedback.  We reached a pinnacle of over two million readership; which is tapering off because we have not offered the technological tweaks that fules activity at the sites.

So, in the grand  plan…we see ourselves moving towards increasing our readership and meeting all of our objectives.  We plan to add a PAY PAL Donation button and to begin a fundraising campaign for site maintenance and expansion.

In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

Can You Believe For A Christmas Healing? by Elaine Davenport December 25, 2011

I read a book by Will Davis Jr. called PRAY BIG!!  Oh, it Blessed me.  The point of the book is to tell you to raise your prayer expectations and to think big, believe big!   People do it everyday regarding many matters, but unfortunately, they get “chicken” when it comes to their faith.  They don’t want a lot from God; just a little bit when if fact…they know they need more.

Matthew 6:9-10“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on Earth as it is in heaven…

.”NOTE Jesus always prays the will of God, and He prays that the will of God be done here on the earth just as it is in heaven. People in heaven are not sick, so we can clearly see it is God’s will that we also be free from sickness and disease.”  (Author Unknown)

For example, I don’t need the pain to go away…I need the symptoms to go away, I need the sickness to go away when I am sick!

Take the bull by the horns.  Get fed up!   Can you believe God for a Christmas miracle or healing?  Of course, you caan!   The bible is full of promises of God.  Jesus says just ask…I’ll give it to you so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

I want BIG ANSWERS…SO I SEND OUT BIG PRAYERS!!!!    How bout you?

Merry Christmas FRom Cafe Sozo!!!
